Accommodation options for over 18s

Living with a local family is a great way for you to experience life in Australia and practise your spoken English. All of our homestays have been specially chosen to ensure that you're provided with a safe and supportive home environment. Each home is within 45-60 minutes travelling time from the campus, in a variety of locations around Sydney.

To register your interest for Semester 2, 2020, please follow these steps.

  1. Please review the application form for more information on room types, rates and contract dates for 2020, and fill it out.  Please be advised that there is an A$350 Welfare & Accommodation Administration fee for every application.
  2. Email the completed form to enquiries@urbanest.com.au.
  3. Urbanest will confirm the accommodation request to your education agent and the UTS College accommodation team.
  4. You can request UTS College to arrange your transport from the airport at a cost A$160.

UTS also has a private listings service that will also make searching for an apartment or a room easier. https://uts.studystays.com.au/

As a UTS College student, you can access the listing, but you'll need to register using your student number and other details. The listing shows rooms and properties available and tells you the distance from these to our city campuses.

Again, if you want to rent one of the rooms listed, you should call the contact person and make time for a viewing before deciding and making payment.

Please note, some accommodation options may be available only to UTS students.
